How to Help Us Confirm Your Valve Size
You do not need plumbing experience. A few photos are usually enough for our team to identify the meter size, pipe layout, and any nearby backflow equipment.
Find the Water Meter
In warm climates, the meter is often outside near the street, sidewalk, or curb. In colder climates, it is often indoors in a basement, utility room, or mechanical area.
Look for the Size Marking
The size is usually printed on the meter face or stamped on the meter body. Common markings include 5/8”, 3/4”, 1”, 1.5”, 2”, 4”, or 6”.
Send Photos
If the marking is unclear, send photos of the full setup, the meter face, the nearby pipe, and any backflow preventer. We’ll review and confirm the best next step.
