Independent Testing Results
MARS Company Testing
MARS Company tested the valve on a certified water-meter test bench for potable-water applications. The device was installed downstream of a 2-inch Neptune disk-type water meter and tested under controlled flow conditions. MARS reported that the valve increased pressure at the meter, reduced vibration and turbulence, minimized the effects of entrained air, and supported smoother meter operation. The report also noted that these effects can help improve meter performance, reduce maintenance costs, and extend meter life.
Basulto & Associates Engineering Report
Basulto & Associates evaluated the Valve in a real-world building installation at Golden Bay Club Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The engineering report found that the system did not adversely affect the building’s domestic water distribution system or plumbing fixtures. The report concluded that the installation maintained proper pressure and flow while helping reduce turbulence, vibration, and premature meter deterioration.
